When you file a claim, you’ll be asked to provide some basic details, such as where and when the incident took place, contact information and a description of what happened.
Once your claim has been submitted your claim will be allocated to your account broker who will keep in touch with you about the status of your claim and next steps.
Claims can be lodged 24 hours, 7 days a week.
