What insurance do I need?
This depends on the type of business you are in. It can be confusing finding the right insurance for your business, and unless you are well versed in insurance, it’s hard to decide what type of covers you should get and most importantly which covers are affordable.

Why shouldn’t I just buy the cheapest policy?

How often should my insurance be reviewed?
This depends on the size of your business and the severity of risks. Most businesses and individuals should consider a risk review yearly at a minimum, while others that are prone to frequent change or more severe risks should consider a review quarterly or bi-annually.
We encourage a face-to-face meeting onsite as it allows us to fully review your risks on premises, and we can pick up things we may not have been able to over the phone or email. We will remind you of the upcoming review on the agreed timeframe, or if you prefer to discuss over the phone or email, we can do that too.

Need to pay an invoice?
There are various ways you can pay for your insurance invoice. We accept cash, credit card, internet direct debit, BPay or Premium Funding (monthly instalments offered by reputable 3rd party companies).
Following payment, if you require a Certificate of Insurance, please email through payment confirmation to your Knightsbridge Insurance Group Broker and they will send the Certificate to you within 24 hours.
