Before entering insurance, Michael spent nearly a decade in the hospitality sector at an RSL club, an experience that shaped his commitment to exceptional client service, attention to detail, and long-term relationship building. This background fuels his passion for supporting clubs and venues in securing comprehensive, tailored insurance solutions.

Outside of work, he’s a self-confessed petrolhead who enjoys cars and spending time with his two dogs.
