Ella recently travelled to Sydney to participate in Vero’s 2026 Insightful Broker Learning Gateway program, an initiative focused on supporting and developing the next generation of insurance professionals.
The program brought together emerging talent from brokerages around Australia and provided valuable opportunities for learning, collaboration and professional development. Through a combination of industry presentations, panel discussions and interactive workshops, attendees were able to gain practical insights into career growth, leadership and the evolving insurance landscape.
One of the highlights was the opportunity to connect with other young professionals working across different parts of the industry. Sharing experiences, challenges and ideas with peers helps foster a stronger and more connected industry for the future.
